About Rosemont
From the community of Rosemont, you will have fabulous views of Downtown Okotoks and of the rocky mountains, particularly if you head up to Crescent Road. You are also moments from the Downtown Shopping area. The area is mature with cul-de-sacs and crescents and plenty of parks and green space. Rosemont is very close to Percy Pegler Elementary School, Okotoks Junior High School, and the Recreational Centre.

Building began in Rosemont around 1974, so the area is mature and established with many trees and generally larger lots.
