About Downey, Okotoks
Developed from 1985 to 1992 with excellent access to Dr. Morris Gibson Elementary School, Okotoks Junior High School and the Recreational Centre. Many homes have mountain views with some backing on to walking paths or parkland.
Downey Home Styles
Building began in the Downey area of Okotoks in the early 1980’s and private housing varies from detached bunglaows, split-level homes, and 2-storey homes. Yards tend to be larger and because they are more established, are more private. Some homes have mountain views or back onto green space a/parkland and walking paths, which are very desirable.
