Crystal Shores Area Information
Crystal Shores, Crystal Green and Crystalridge, Okotoks form beautiful and tranquil communities, surrounding Crystal Shores Lake, Beach & Park, giving many leisure activities.
In Crystal Shores, some select homes have direct lake access along with an amazing view of the lake, beach or park.
In Crystal Green homes are based around Crystal Ridge 9-hole golf course and some homes have fabulous open golf course views.
Crystalridge forms the first phase of building in the Crystals area of Okotoks. Building began in the early 90’s and the area now has a fairly mature feel.
Homes in Crystal Shores, Okotoks
There are over 600 homes in Crystal Shores, Okotoks. There is a mix of home styles from Condos (Mesa), starter homes, mid range homes to very high end luxury homes.
Building in Crystal Shores began in 2000 and completed around 2009.
Homes in Crystal Green, Okotoks
There are close to 500 homes in Crystal Green, Okotoks. The majority of these homes are high end, single family detached homes.
Around 60 of these homes are attached luxury villas and 147 form the Penncross condominium units.
Building in Crystal Green began in 2005 and is now near completion.
Homes in Crystalridge, Okotoks
There are close to 400 homes in Crystalridge, Okotoks. There is a mix of home styles from single family detached, attached homes/villas to high end homes.
Building in Crystalridge began in the early 90′s and was completed around 2007.
Crystalridge Golf Course
Crystalridge golf course is a 9-hole golf course nestled in the community of Crystal Green.
