If you are moving to Okotoks and not sure which area would suit you best, I have compiled an in-depth look at each area of Okotoks.  I am starting with Air Ranch and will work alphabetically through the communities over the weeks ahead.

About Air Ranch

Air Ranch is a very unique and exclusive area, nestled in the north-east corner of Okotoks.   Air Ranch Homes have generous sized lots adding to the feeling of space and privacy. Some of the homes have great views of Crystalridge Golf Course, green space or the rocky mountains.

At the heart of Air Ranch is a private, yet fully certified, Airport.  The 3,100 foot runway is set amongst green space that runs through the community.  Air Ranch really is a pilot’s dream.

There is also a local club consisting of flight enthusiasts: Okotoks Flying Club. So you will find plenty to do in and around the lovely Air Ranch.

Air Ranch Home Styles

There are over 100 homes in the original phases of Okotoks Air Ranch (west of the airstrip).  There is a mix of high to very high end single family detached homes and attached villas.  Building in Air Ranch began around 2001 and is now near completion (1-2 lots left at most).

Ranchers Rise is the newest phase in Air Ranch (east of the airstrip).  Building began around 2007 and is still under construction.
